VP -- Media and Partnerships Sales

Full-Time | Remote

Beastcoast, professional gaming team and gaming content network, is seeking an entrepreneurial, high performing digital media and partnerships sales leader in its New York office. This individual will work with brands and their agencies to help them reach their marketing goals. Additionally, they will sell branded content and media on Beastcoast’s social brands and content channels (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Gaming etc.) and put together team and roster sponsorship/endorsement deals as well. Ideal candidate will have a consultative selling strategy, and ability to navigate the complicated world of digital media buyers, and most importantly a desire to succeed and have fun doing it in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue key brand and agency target clients

  • Consultatively understand advertiser needs and present relevant, creative advertising solutions

  • Negotiate and sign advertising deals tailored to the client's needs

  • Maintain and grow an active pipeline of prospects, proposals and opportunities

  • Work with internal support teams to develop on-brand solutions for clients

  • Contribute to the sales team and our clients’ overall growth

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of selling digital media

  • Entrepreneurial background, with a demonstrated ability to build business from the ground up

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

  • Strong negotiation, partnership development, and relationship-building skills

  • Established relationships with key brands and agencies

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to sales

  • Experience selling branded content and media solutions on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live, etc.)

  • Deep knowledge of the digital and video landscapes, including competitors, industry trends, and client news along with insight into key trends in the Gaming/Esports Content market

  • Exceptional work ethic and enthusiastic, team-driven mindset

  • Superior client management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent command of the English language, Spanish language proficiency an advantage

  • Preferred NYC resident but remote work is negotiable for the right candidate
